ArionPlay: who runs it, what the app weighs, and how to check it yourself
ArionPlay is one of the newer names on Philippine phones, and the useful facts about it are published by the operator itself rather than by the sites that rank for its name. Here is what those say, how the app compares with three you already know, and the check that settles the licence question for any brand in two minutes.

Who is behind ArionPlay
Search the name and you get a wall of pages that all sound the same. The one place that is not selling you anything is the app listing, because Apple publishes the seller of every app on its store and the operator has to put its own legal name there.
For ArionPlay that name is NEMO Interactive Group Corporation.
That is the fact worth writing down, and it is more durable than the brand. We watched this happen on another page of this site: Playtime became PT Gaming, the addresses changed, and the only thing that stayed still long enough to be checked was the corporation behind it, Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. Brands are marketing. Companies are what regulators list.
The listing also sets out what the platform offers, in the operator’s own words: slots from JILI, PG, PP and FC, live Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack with real dealers, sports betting with live odds, and GCash and Maya in both directions, described as instant. The age rating is 18+. The description opens by calling itself the official PAGCOR licensed online casino in the Philippines.
The app, measured against three you already know
Numbers beat adjectives. All four rows below come from the operators’ own App Store listings, read in August 2026 — not from a comparison table that somebody copied in 2024 and never touched again.

ArionPlay is the lightest of the four by a wide margin — roughly a fifth of ArenaPlus. On a phone that is always a few hundred megabytes from full, or on mobile data rather than home wifi, that is a real difference rather than a spec-sheet one.
The requirement line deserves a second look, though, because it is easy to read backwards. ArionPlay asks for iOS 15.1 and PT Gaming for iOS 13.0, but both of those reach the same hardware: an iPhone 6s or newer can run either. What differs is whether the phone has been kept updated. BingoPlus is the one that draws a hardware line, because iOS 16 needs an iPhone 8 or newer.
And for most readers here this is a footnote anyway. Android runs 87.67% of Philippine phones against 12.32% for iOS, on Statcounter’s July 2026 figures. On Android these apps come from the operator’s own site rather than the Play Store, which carries almost no real-money casino apps.
The two-minute check that works on any brand
An operator saying it is licensed is a claim, and claims are cheap to print. The good news is that the Philippines is one of the easier markets in the world to verify, because the regulator publishes the answer as a plain document that anybody can open.
PAGCOR puts two lists on pagcor.ph, each dated in the file itself: one of accredited gaming system administrators with their registered domain names, and one of the brands and sub-brands each of them is allowed to run. Between them they settle every question of this kind.
- Look up the company, not the brand. For this one that means NEMO Interactive Group Corporation. Brands get renamed; the corporation behind them stays put, and both are printed in the same row.
- Read the registered domain across from it, then compare it with the address in your own browser, character by character. One letter added, one letter swapped, a different ending after the dot — those are the only differences that ever matter.

Learn it once, use it forever. This check does not depend on trusting a rating, ours included. It works the same way for every brand in the country, including any that launches next year, and it takes about as long as making coffee.
